Gardner has worked with celebrities, corporations, entertainment companies and various record labels, through out the United States and various countries. Our Promotional Services 1 - Develop multiple angels and ideas to promote the book creatively . 2 - Create press materials, including: Media Day, (designed to showcase your talent) and Interview Releases, (designed to tell the media your areas of expertise and topics you are able to discuss in an interview.) 3 - Distribute review copies and/or press materials to selected media for print interviews, feature stories, mentions, etc. 4 - Implement phone follow up and pitching schedule. 5 - Handle all media relations, including: Field all media inquiries, distribute information and material upon request, schedule all interviews. 6 - Distribute press materials to solicit requests for book and subsequent media opportunities. 7 - Follow-up all pitching efforts with phone calls and other communications. 8 - Obtain examples of your press coverage in the form of links to websites, tear sheets or copies of articles, whenever possible. |
